The hotel was clean and our bed was comfortable. The location was also convenient as it was close to our business meetings. Another advantage was the fact that the hotel offered free parking, which helped us to save some money.
The pool was closed during our stay which was a huge disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. we felt like we were overcharged for the level of service that we received;

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so we had a good night's sleep. the location was great, close to everything we wanted. the fact that there was a 24-hour reception was very convenient for us.
the biggest issue was that the main attraction was closed, which is why we booked the hotel, and we weren't informed until we arrived.
